Defendant: Gustavo Bravo (DOB 06/29/86)

May 25, 2018 -- Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A. Scarpino, Jr. announced that Gustavo Bravo of Yonkers has been sentenced to six years probation and will have to register as a sex offender on a charge of Sexual Misconduct, a misdemeanor.

Bravo was arrested March 30, 2017, after a complaint made by the victim regarding an incident at a Fourth of July party in 2016. He pleaded guilty to the charge Oct. 30, 2017.

A SORA* hearing for Bravo is scheduled for July 17, 2018.
